How to place an order & what to expect with the delivery of your purchase

 

PLACING ORDERS

Ordering Tomi Gion Cosmetics, Skin Care and Accessories

When you click an order button for the first time at tomigion.com you will be taken to a log in window where you will be asked to create a user ID and a password. Once you have completed this, you will be asked to fill in your personal information. This data is totally confidential (See Privacy) and will be kept on file in our secure SSL vault. When you have filled in all your information, click Submit. You will see your selected merchandise in your shopping cart. At this point you can chose to Continue Shopping or purchase your merchandise by clicking the Check Out button. When you check out, you will receive a confirmation window showing all the details of your purchase. It's a good idea to print this final confirmation page for your records.

Your personal data will remain conveniently on file for future purchases. If you ever want to update your information, simply click on the Update Your Information link on the tomigion.com HOME page and enter your User ID and password to get to your file.

Tomigion.com does not offer free samples. Tomigion.com does not have a printed catalog of products. Tomigion.com is an online store only.

Ordering some of our physician recommended products
When you order our physician recommended skin care products, such as Ela-MAX® or NeoStrata™, you will be required to submit a brief Rx questionnaire with each transaction to complete your order. Because of our site technology and authroization requirement by our board physician, existing customers will need to re-submit their questionnaire with each transaction to verify that the information is up to date. We plan to update this process in the future to make it more convenient for our returning customers.

The questionnaire is used only to evaluate these products for approval of home use and is kept completely confidential on our SSL (Secure Socket Layer). There is a PREVIEW of the questionnaire on product pages where required. A LINK to this Rx questionnaire will appear at the end of your ordering process. Simply complete the questionnaire and click the SUBMIT button.

This questionnaire must be updated and submitted with each purchase. Your order will not be processed without the completion of the Rx questionnaire.

To make changes to your questionnaire, click the Update Personal Information link at the bottom of the tomigion.com Home page. NeoStrata and Ela-MAX orders are limited to a maximum of 2. Our NeoStrata products cannot be sold outside of the US.

If you would rather, you can fax in your credit card order to us
Even though your personal information is completely secure on in our SSL, you may prefer a fax option.

To order by fax, please provide:
• your list of selected products
• the total amount plus shipping ($8.95 US; $16.00 Mexico & Canada; $36.00 Western Europe & Australia)
• your credit card information (including number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, billing address as it matches your card account)
• shipping address
• valid email contact address

As soon as we have verified and processed your order we will mail your purchase promptly.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Method & Handling Costs
Domestic
deliveries are made directly to customers via US Priority Mail or First Class mail with Signature Confirmation to ensure that packages get special handling and are delivered directly into our customer's hands. Our US Mail deliveries and handling cost for each US (and US Provinces) delivery is $8.95.

Shipping costs for locations outside of the US will be added to the order at the time of processing: Canada and Mexico - $16.00 for items under 1 pound; Eastern Europe and Australia - $36.00 for items under 1 pound. Additional mailing cost for items over 1 pound will be added at time of shipment.

Signature Confirmation
Delivery via Signature Confirmation is a service of the US Post Office that offers special handling. It ensures that packages are hand delivered directly to our customers.

With Signature Confirmation, the US Post Office will deliver the package to the shipping address provided and will require the recipient's signature to acknowledge receipt the delivery. If the reciepient is not at the shipping address when the package arrives a notice of the delivery attempt will be left by the postal carrier to alert the receipient that the package has arrived. The package will then be held at the local Post Office for pick up there at the recipient's convenience or for re-delivery to the recipient.

Re-delivery of a package can be scheduled by calling the Post Office at (800) 275-8777 or (800) ASK-USPS. Refer to the delivery notice for package identification. Packages are held for 15 days at the Post Office. If the package is unclaimed within 15 days of delivery, it will be returned to tomigion.com. In the event a package is unclaimed and returned unopened to tomigion.com, the purchase price will be refunded immediately to the purchaser.

Don't want to receive your shipment via Signature Confirmation?
Signature Confirmation comes with our standard mailing service. If you would prefer not to receive your shipment via Signature Confirmation, simply email us after you have placed your order and let us know.

Delivery Time
You can expect to receive your shipment within 7-10 business days from the placement of your order. Items are usually shipped within 3 -4 business days of order placement for instock items. Delivery times may take longer for items with availability times greater than 2-3 days. (Please note: Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or non-continental addresses (including U.S. territories and possessions) can experience longer shipping times.) If for some reason we cannot fill your order within our regular expected shipment schedule, we will notify you by email with the email address provided in your account information.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for merchandise purchased from tomigion.com. Credit will be given towards future purchases on the credit card used in the original transaction with the returned merchandise.

International Customers
Our credit card payment service is limited to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, Western European Countries (including UK, Ireland, Scotland, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Portugal) Japan and Australia.

Other Internatnional localities may purchase merchandise with a cashiers check or money order (no personal checks or cash accepted). Payment for merchandise should be made out to Tomi Gion Cosmetics.

As soon as we have received your contact information, order list, shipping address and payment by mail, we will ship your merchandise to you promptly. If the merchandise is not in stock at the time of your order we will contact you via email to let you know.

International shipping addresses and non-continental shipping addresses may experience longer shipping times.

International Duty and Fees
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER: Please be aware before you place an order that most countries add customs duty, handling fees, and tax charges to shipment of merchandise from the US over and beyond our merchandise and shipping costs. These additional costs are above and beyond our control and can be substantial. Customs duty must be paid by the recipient at the time of receipt of the merchandise. Please check with your postal or customs office for information about what costs you can expect on imported purchases as well as any restricted import items, such as jewelry, etc.

Canada: Expect additional postal fees. Handling fees are $5-8 on any merchandise. Merchandise valued over $20 is subject to duty and tax. The Canadian Post will make one attempt to deliver to your door (shipping address) at which time any handling or duty fees will be collected. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your local post office will advise you of the delivery and hold the package for you to pick up.

Jewelry: Many countries restsrict the shipping of jewelry. Please check with your country's postal import regualtions before you order.
